Relocation Ninjas (consultants):

Each move is assigned a Relocation Ninja. These Ninjas (oftentimes called consultants by civilians) serve as a dedicated point of contact for your move. They are well versed in the art of moving and can answer any questions that might come up. These guys and gals receive a ridiculous amount of training with our moving gurus before they are assigned their first case. Your Relocation Ninja will be your personal moving expert throughout your relocation process. He or she will create a customized moving plan that will serve as a blueprint to your move. These plans are all recorded and reviewed by our Ninja teams and approved or modified to ensure efficiency. Your Relocation Ninja will be available during our normal business hours.

Special movers – for special situations

All of our movers go through extensive background checks before being considered as potential members of The Pasadena Moving Company. We go through a series of background checks to insure the movers that are coming into your home or office as the best in the business. Our movers are then put through an initial 2 month extensive training programs which focuses on building a well-rounded set of skills that can tackle any and all moving situations. After those 2 months of training, they are put in the field as Jr movers. After about a month of being on the field all of our movers (including seasoned ones) go through an on-going training which takes place once a month. This is to ensure our crews are well versed in moving new items that just hit the market which includes new electronics.

Foremen

All moves have a dedicated foreman, who serves as the captain of the move. All of our Foremen have been with us for at least 2 years and have a minimum of 4 years of moving experience under their belt. These guys are the bee’s knees of moving, the gurus, the masters, the best of the best, and they are in charge of your move. Your moving foreman will be onsite to direct the moving team and will be there to assure total customer service.
